| Diodes Incorporated Qualifies Power Management ICs for Automotive Markets
DALLAS--( BUSINESS WIRE )--Diodes Incorporated (Nasdaq: DIOD), a leading globalmanufacturer and supplier of high-quality application specificstandard products within the broad discrete and analogsemiconductor markets, today announced the qualification of aseries of its popular Zetex power management ICs to the AEC-Q100automotive quality specification. The newly qualified productsinclude monitors, regulators and references, which meet therequirements of AEC-Q100 Grade 1 for operation in automotiveenvironments at temperatures up to 125 o C. As previously announced, Diodes closed the acquisition of UnitedKingdom-based Zetex plc on June 9, 2008.
The ZXCT1008 and ZXCT1080 current and voltage output currentmonitors, the ZTL431 and TLV431 shunt regulators, and the LM4040precision micropower voltage reference devices support measurementand protection duties in a wide range of reliability-criticalsubsystems, including window motor control, air conditioning andcourtesy lighting.
